Since we are running a website for global customers, all the cut off time mention below is based on UK time (GMT). That means for most of the European Countries, your time will be one hour ahead of the time we mention here below. And for the US and Canada customers your time will be 4 to 8 hours behind the time mention in this page.

Every order successfully paid on or before midnight (GMT) will be packed overnight and shipped out the next day morning. Orders that is paid on 12:00 (GMT) will be packed and shipped out at the same day afternoon.
(Friday to Sunday)
Orders will be packed on Sunday afternoon and shipped out on Monday Morning (GMT).

Does CeLLPhoneAGe ship internationally?
We currently ship Europe, UK, Canada, US, Mexico, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. For other countries please feel free to ask our customers’ support via email su[email protected] for special arrangements.
For US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Europe and UK customers, the sales price of the items are VAT included. Customers from other countries are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the designated countries. Although we sell used phones and refurbished phones and will declare the phones with a used phone values to which the minimum value of import goods to certain countries may not reached and duties and sales tax may not be applied, but this is the situation depends solely on custom office’s judgement for every import parcels so a duty and sales tax free result is not guaranteed. Duty fee or sales tax will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact our customers’ support for further advise about your country’s pass experience for a more accurate estimation.
We will provide with the tracking number once the item is shipped out from our domestic local warehouses or our global warehouses. You will see the tracking number on your order detail pages.
You are responsible for package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused. The delivery service provider may contact you for situations that they may encountered during the delivery or when they found not safe to leave packages on the outside of your delivery destination. So please make sure the shipping address is filled correctly and make sure you have filled in the contact number just in case our delivery staff wanted to contact you.
Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
If the package shows delivered to your registered or shipping address, unfortunately it is lost you must report the lost to us within 4 weeks from the date you have placed your order. Once you have reported your lost package, we will request our carrier to launch an investigation and ask them to attempt to have it found. If the investigation found that the package is lost or stolen, we will reship to you freely. But we are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided.
If you need a more secured shipping service, you may find the shipping insurance a good option which cost 15% of the invoiced value. With the shipping insurance you are entitled to be covered from any shipment lost and package damage plus any tax or duty incurred to import the phones to your country.
